Job Title: EDI/Gentran Developer
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Responsibilities:
Develop or modify EDI maps for translation of X12 transactions 810, 812, 820, 832, 850, 852, 855, 856, 860, 864, 867, and 870
Develop EDI maps that are generic and flexible enough to support multiple trading partner requirements
Create or modify configuration of Partner Profiles in Gentran
Create or modify configuration of Partner Profiles in SAP
Maintain EDI Tables for SAP
Validate the mappings by completing all technical testing for each required EDI interface with Functional and Business Process teams
Troubleshoot and correct to resolve EDI issues related to the Customer and/or Supplier requirements
Provide status, timelines and issues on a frequent basis

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field is preferred
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an EDI development role with medium to advance mapping skills using ANSI X12
Minimum 2-3 years' experience with SAP EDI IDOC structures
Effective verbal and written communication skills
