Description:
Individual will be part of a team responsible for maintaining and developing systems in support of Customer Support Services. This includes:
· ITSM system (ServiceNow), Integrations with third party tools if any.
· This position will primarily be involved in configuration/customization of our ITSM system and will heavily be using JavaScript and related technologies.
· The individual should also demonstrate technical acumen to design relevant and efficient solutions to meet client goals and align with industry best practices.
Responsibilities may include:
* Design, model and scope solutions using the ServiceNow interface and auxiliary tools
* Integrate Service-Now.com with other systems where applicable
* Utilize language skills for new development or by manipulation of existing code (Java Script, HTML, XML/Jelly)
* Write customized reports and dashboard using the Service-Now platform
* Maintain support team documentation.
