Description:
The Senior Integration/Interface Developer is responsible for developing the interface strategy as well as analyzing, planning, implementing various interfaces from a modernized system to various state agency systems that include both legacy mainframe systems and SOA based webservice interfaces. Coordinating a team of developers globally, the Sr. Interface Developer will work closely with the client and the architects to rapidly develop and implement the required integration requirements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in application development
The Senior Integration/Interface Developer is responsible for developing the interface strategy as well as analyzing, planning, implementing various interfaces from a modernized system to various state agency systems that include both legacy mainframe systems and SOA based webservice interfaces. Coordinating a team of developers globally, the Sr. Interface Developer will work closely with the client and the architects to rapidly develop and implement the required integration requirements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in application development
• Demonstrable experience in building and consuming web services through Enterprise Service Bus
• Demonstrable experience in various integration techniques (Pub/Sub, Point to Point, SFTP, Messaging etc..)
• Experience in utilizing Spring Framework
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Must have a thorough understanding of relational DB design principles for operational databases and data warehouses.
• Health Insurance Industry or State Government knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Motivated, self-directed individual with a strong background in bridging functional requirements and technical solutions
• Ability to use experience and technical knowledge in proposing multiple viable solution options and present accurate implementation time estimates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be able to articulate.
• Ability to work as part of a large team, and co-operate and collaborate at all levels
• Preferred - Spring Integration, Spring Batch
• Knowledge of Camel Framework is a plus
