Title: QA Lead

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 12+ Months contract

Max rate: $55/hr on C2C

Interview: In-Person

 

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced QA lead to work with a large distributed team

 

Minimum 7+ Years of experience is required

Required:

·         6+ years of related experience

·         Experience with one or more requirements, test management and defect coordination tools: Rational RequisitePro, HP/Mercury TestDirector/Quality Center, Rational Quality Manager, Rational ClearQuest, etc.

·         Experience with SharePoint and/or other collaborations applications and familiarity with SQL (MS SQL Server preferred)

·         At least 3-4 years experience in Quality Assurance methodology and management of all aspects of testing including regression, functional and performance testing

·         Experience in both functional / black-box testing and white-box testing at the system level

·         Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment

·         Must work well in a team environment, interacting with both IT and Business stakeholders

·         Ability to successfully manage complex business issues

·         Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related degree.

 

Preferred:

·         Experience with test automation tools: HP/Mercury QTP (a.k.a. Functional Tester), Selenium, etc.

·         Familiarity with Financial Services, Venture Capital/Private Equity industry preferred

·         Experience with Agile Project Management Methodologies

·         Direct hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining financial and/or accounting systems
