Position: Business Analyst -- # 1020 (Govt Exp Is MUST)

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 24 months Contract

 

Performance of the following business analysis tasks:

 

·         Work with agency SMEs to gather requirements and relevant documentation on system components

·         Analyze requirements and develop written functional specifications for system components that will be included in a larger system wide functional specification document

·         Work with Grants Reform and software vendor staff to incorporate requirements into the Grants Gateway system

·         Assist in integrating other systems

·         Assist in effort to onboard agencies, including the conversion and importing of data

·         Test, train and document as required

·         Assist with design and implementation of data warehouse

·         Assist with gathering reporting requirements and report design

 

 

Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

 

 

·         Experience in performing requirements gathering and business analysis, producing written documentation of requirements, system design and implementation

·         Experience in producing written Testing and Training documentation

·         Experience in data conversion efforts

·         Experience with NYS contracts and/or SFS
