Job Desc:
· Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
· Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 6 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area.
· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Client currently uses a manual process to submit, approve and process timesheets. This project is to work with IT and business staff in multiple departments to document/determine time entry business processes, data flow and business prioritized requirements and work with IT staff to deliver implementation options. There could be conflicting requirements by departments so the candidate should be able to facilitate meetings well and direct customers toward resolutions.
