We are looking for a
Sharepoint Systems admin/support Analyst for an year+ project with our direct client at Austin, TX.
The qualifications are
listed below. If you are interested, please contact us with the latest resume and rate ASAP.
Pay rate is 45$ to 50$ per hour/DOE.
Minimum Requirements:
| Years | Skills/Experience |
| 3 | Successful development, implementation of a MS SharePoint solution in a public sector organization |
| 3 | Successful operations support and user training of a MS SharePoint solution in a public sector organization |
| 3 | Successful system optimization experience of a MS Share Point solution in a public sector organization |
Preferences:
| Years | Skills/Experience |
| 3 | Successful analysis experience with other MS products such as Access and SQL |
| 3 | Working with and implementing ITIL v3/ISO 20,000 discipline |
Essential duties and function may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
Account Administration & Site Management
· SharePoint group management (Create/Deleted/Modify/etc)
o Admin would work closely with the Help Desk as SharePoint integrate with and relies on Active
Directory
· Account management (add using to correct groups, removing users from groups, etc)
· Create new SharePoint site collections
· Approving and installing Form templates
o Form templates with code must be approved by SharePoint Admin (Microsoft rule)
Backup/Copy/Move Sites
Training & Documentation
o Provide user training
o Provide training documentation
o Provide service operation run-book information
Monitoring
o Monitor SharePoint disk space usage
o Monitor and review events and messages in the SharePoint Event viewer and Performance Monitor
o Monitor SQL Database sizes, log files sizes, etc
o Monitor Zymon (Hobbit) for errors, alerts, etc.
Troubleshooting
o Review SharePoint logs when troubleshooting issues
o Review timer jobs for failed or hung jobs
o Review server services
o Review SQL logs and issues that could affect SharePoint
o Work with DBA to identify and resolve issues
