Job Description:

1. COMMON Technologies - JQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTML5 -

REQUIRED, JSTL CUSTOM TAG EXPERIENCE - DESIRABLE

2. Liferay UI specific

2.1. Liferay 6.1.x experience - REQUIRED

2.2. Liferay Archives (LAR) export and import - REQUIRED

2.3. Apache Velocity Template Language (VTL) experience - REQUIRED

2.4. Liferay themes and layouts - REQUIRED

2.5. Liferay administration console tasks - REQUIRED

2.6. AlloyUI experience - DESIRABLE

2.7. Liferay WCM (web content management) experience - Create Web Content

With Structure and Template in Liferay - REQUIRED

Designer:

Business solutions expert with Visual Engineering experience needed to

support rapid-prototyping User Experience team. Must possess the following 

key

areas of expertise:

• Good communication skills

• Production experience (Design and Development)

• Visual Design (Photoshop, Fireworks, other)

• Prototyping Experience:

o Azure (Recommended)

o iRise (recommended)

o HTML 5 (recommended)

o HTML/CSS (recommended)

o KONY (nice to have)

o JavaScript (nice to have)

• Layout experience

• Font usage skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Producer of assets

• Visualize assets

• Facilitate Ideation Sessions:

o Manage groups

o Conceptualize

> 

o White-board

o Document Requirements

• Excellent written capabilities

• Can develop/understand/improve use case scenarios

• Should be able to demonstrate some of the previous work that

the candidate developed.
