Position: ServiceNow Consultant

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Description:

Individual will be part of a team that is responsible for maintaining and developing client's SerivceNow ITSM system & integrations with third party tools if any.  The candidate should have good prior experience in configuration/customization of ServiceNow and should have expertise in using JavaScript and related technologies. The individual should demonstrate technical acumen to design relevant and efficient solutions to meet client goals and align with industry best practices.

 

Responsibilities may include:

Lead the project team to maintain client's existing  ServiceNow implementation

Advice customer on ServiceNow enhancements and best practices based on prior implementation experience

Coordinate between client stakeholders and Infosys offshore team

Design, model and scope solutions using the ServiceNow interface and auxiliary tools

Integrate ServiceNow with other systems where applicable

Utilize language skills for new development or by manipulation of existing code (Java Script, HTML, XML/Jelly)

Write customized reports and dashboard using the ServiceNow platform

Customer interfacing, project management and team management
