The ideal candidate will have strong object-oriented analysis and designskills (including requirement analysis, use cases, OO and design patterns). Asolid working knowledge of the J2SE/J2EE architecture is a must. In addition tothe required development skill set, the position requires someone with a strongdesire to deliver accurate and well tested applications. This person must havean understanding of and experience with full software development lifecycleincluding functional & technical specification, documentation, QAprocesses, source control, maintenance and deployments. This person should beable to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. He or she must possessexcellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, bedetail-oriented, and work well in a team environment. Within this senior levelrole, the ability to think creatively and implement ideas is critical as arestrong conceptual and creative skills. The successful candidate will have theability to problem solve independently and make decisions according to companypolicies and procedure. Initiative and drive and ability to work well under pressureand/or deadline is a must..
Mandatory Skills: Java, Java / J2EE, JavaScript,

HTML, SQL, XML,

Preferred Skills: UNIX, MS Windows Server
Other Skills: 3+ years of experience using Java technologies, Web Technologies- J2SE/J2EE , Servlet, JSP, JDBC.
