Location- Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: 6 Months

Required skills

•         10+ years of US Healthcare BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization
•         5+ years of claims data analysis
•         3+ years of lab claim data analysis
•         3+ years of CMS claims data analysis
•         MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio
•         Excellent communication skills – oral & written
•         Verifiable 5+ year of experience on data warehouse projects
•         Bachelor degree required in related field
•         Verifiable 5+ year of Agile experience
•         Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, Visio
•         Proficient in SQL

·                 Preference would be to have an MBA 

 

Responsibilities

•         Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping
•         Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations.

·         Lead internal review sessions with C Level. Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve these issues

•         Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data.
•         Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders.
•         Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST
•         Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality.
•         Communicate with many levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects, quality assurance, etc.
•         Experienced with large data warehouse projects
•         Able to meet & deliver quality work on tight schedule
