US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Requirement for QA Tester @ CO(Phone and In-person interview is required)

Sr QA Tester

Location:Englewood, CO

Duration:6 months

Phone or  FTF Interview:Phone and In-person

Local candidates only. In-person interview is required.

Must have excellent communication skills, this position will involve a lot of communication with client partners and offshore teams

 

Candidate must be local to Englewood, CO or living nearby 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Onboard new partners who write to and integrate with client Ordering web services (APIs), including weekly status calls and technical conference calls with external partners

• Ensure secure partner access to systems , including setting up test accounts, issuing credentials and certificates, and troubleshooting

• Plan and execute integration testing and UAT for partner APIs, product consoles, portals, provisioning, ordering and billing systems, and additional applications as needed

• Identify root cause whenever possible

• Guide junior QA resources with bug finding strategies, including thinking outside the box to identify frailties and issues

• Organize, facilitate and lead reviews of test plans and related documentation

• Document and improve processes for QA and API Onboarding

 

Required education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related subject, or equivalent experience

• 5 years of experience with .NET/C# environments, web-based applications, APIs, web services

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written and oral

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility
