Project Scope/Residency Objectives

Customer is currently outsourced and looking to bring back in house, looking for a Backup Sr

Operations Specialist with the following skills:

• Check status of NBU clients.

• Load NBU clients if none exists

• Trouble shoot clients

• Connect to DD and ensure backup policies are correct.

• Work with OTS to monitor backup success

• Fix backups where OTS identifies an issue

• Ensure that Hospira achieves a full back up across site #1, 2, 3

• Create replication policies (partial, all replicate) to SunGard site

• Work with OTS to trouble shoot replication, if needed

• Test backup and recovery

• Test replication to SunGard and recovery
