Act as a hands-on tester as well as manager Develop and execute test plans, test scripts. Implement best testing practice Introduce test automation and perform manual and automated testing Create testing project plans and testing schedules for releases   Skills / experience: 5+ years Test Management experience Degree in Computer Science/computer Engineering Good knowledge of automation tools.
