Job Description: Apps fusion is looking for Business Development Manager (BDM) in IT staffing function for the Hyderabad office. Ideal candidate will have a proven record in penetrating into new clients and talking to executive level people. High energy and confident in building partnership with Hiring managers, Recruitment Managers, HR Heads, and C Level executives of the companies. This person has to be an experienced/Non experienced recruiting sales professional, and should be well versed with the end-to-end IT staff augmentation process. This position also requires individuals to be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm. Ability to manage client's requirements, ensuring strong support for clients for their Staffing needs & driving overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Establishing contacts with IT executives/IT Hiring managers/Project managers/Program Managers/Hiring Managers/Recruitment Managers for their IT staffing needs. Ability to penetrate accounts, identify and generate new clients in IT staffing. Establishment and management of sales forecasting and reporting. Develop and manage full! life- cycle account and sales plans from proposal presentation through closing clients and further farming the account. Act as the primary interface between Company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements Manage existing account and build a strong relationship with the managers.
Requirements: 3 to 6 Years experience in Sales/ Business development in IT Staff Augmentation Strong record of meeting sales targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent Sales skills Management skills. Expertise in handling end to end IT staff augmentation process Strong negotiation/closing skills. Ability to work independently.
Note: I am not looking for HR management person. I am looking for a US IT Sales/Sr Recruiter.
