Job Title: Sr. Weblogic Administrator
Location: McLean VA
Duration: 6 Months+
GC and Citizen Preferred
Requirement: Responsible for enterprise wide Weblolgic infrastructure across distributed platforms including UNIX and Windows
• Build, configure and support Weblolgic installations according to standards; assist in patching, upgrades as needed.
• Develop and support monitoring scripts to proactively find problems with SOA installations.
• Work with operational and development staff to troubleshoot and resolve integration problems.
• Review test plans and proposed engineering solutions for adherence to standards, technical feasibility, prepare implementation plans & procedures for changes to middleware infrastructure and then implement as required.
• Update infrastructure documentation as required.
• Learn and support other middleware supported by team to include: WebMethods, apache and tomcat.
• Participate in on-call rotation; weekend support as needed.
