Job Title: Oracle HRMS
Location : Memphis, TN
Duration : 6+ Months
Job Description:
Qualifications / Requirements:
· BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
· At least five (5) years of progressive experience is required in information technology requirements gathering, system analysis, programming, or specialty in the areas of Oracle E-Business Suite and specifically in HR ( )
Must have technical knowledge of the HR module VERSION 12.1.3, including the following modules:
· Core
· Self Service
· Advanced Benefits
· Time and Labor
Must have experience with the following:
· HR Data Model
· SQL
· PL/SQL
· OA Framework
· Discoverer
· XML Publisher
· Experience in all phases of SDLC.
· Experience gathering business Requirements, analysis, functional and technical design (50% of effort.)
· Coding, testing, deployment and support (50% of effort)
DESIRED:
· Government work experience at the City, Local, or State level a big plus.
