Job Title : BSA/Amisys/Claims Remediation
Industry : Healthcare - Payer
Location: Minneapolis
Duration: 6 + months
Contract opportunity for a large organization in the Healthcare service industry.
Responsibilities
• Meet with business clients to determine new business requirements needed for expanded capabilities, then documenting those business requirements
• Analyze and profile potential new data sources to support data warehouse integration.
• Map and gap proposed new data attributes against the current supported data warehouse design.
• Gather and Analyze Business Requirements.
• Identify and analyze applicable source data (e.g., internal/external data feeds, systems, databases).
• Obtain appropriate approvals/sign-offs as needed.
• Document functional designs based on business requirements.
• Assess data management requirements (e.g., governance, archiving, metadata, master data, data modeling, and data quality).
• Work with QA team to identify, develop and document testing strategies and success factors (acceptance criteria).
• Review, analyze and update project estimates, timelines, dependencies and deliverables to ensure achievement of project goals.
• May forecast and plan resource requirements.
• Lead functional or segment teams or projects.
• Project Management experience.
• Experience leading or managing a small team.
Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 7+ years of comparable experience.
• 4+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in a healthcare environment.
• 3+ years of claims remediation experience.
• Experience building data and/or process flow diagrams.
• Previous experience with large, Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
