Description :

• Looking for Solutions Analyst that has extensive experience with Access 2003 and SQL to fully understand our current and very complex Claims Management System and then be able to initialize and/or lead a new CMIS Project.
• This position will require a lot of research, cost analysis, preparation, quality time with staff to fully learn and understand the programmatic and technical aspects of our current CMIS system. And to take that, along with already prepared use cases, requirements, notes to revise, update, and confirm with staff and management and Provide optional procurement approaches such as an RFI/RFP, contract, or in-house development and cost analysis for management consensus and approval.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar, with a demonstrated business focus -or- a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a demonstrated technology focus
• Demonstrated experience applying technology in a business setting
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage large amounts of detailed information
• Demonstrated customer focus
• Demonstrated proficiency in several of the following technologies:
• Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft SQL
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with several of the following platform features and business processes
• Document Control/Management
• Records Retention
• Business Process Re-engineering and Automation
• Social Networking
• Business Intelligence and Analysis of Data
• System and Data Governance
• Demonstrated knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
• The term governance as used in industry (especially in the information technology (IT) sector) describes the processes that need to exist for a successful project. 
• IT governance primarily deals with connections between business focus and IT management. 
• The goal of clear governance is to assure the investment in IT generate business value and mitigate the risks that are associated with IT projects.
• Experience with State RFI/RFP processes
