Requirement:- Sap FICA lead
Location:- Hilliard, OH
Duration: 9 + Months (open-ended)
Client is currently seeking a SAP FI-CA Lead for a 9 month open ended contract. Our client has implemented SAP FI-CA in the Americas. This initial implementation is a very contained scope, explicitly powering a subset of dealer billing and invoicing transactions. This implementation was done within the context of the Financials for Extended Products and Services (FEPS) project. The scope of this project was to migrate non-Lease/Loan financial transaction out of legacy systems into FI-CA, and to remediate legacy systems.
Job Responsibilities:
· Requirements definition of automotive financing products (Lease & Loan)
· Definition of the end-to-end processes supporting each automotive financing product
· Definition of the financial postings for each product
· Definition of the organizational structure and for multi-market automotive financing system
· Design and implementation of SAP configurations
· Design and realization of integrations objects (RICEFW)
Job Requirements:
· Experienced with SAP FICA data structures and integration points
· Experienced integrating a Lease/Loan Contract Management System with SAP FI-CAx.
· Knowledgeable in SAP LAE integration with SAP FI-AA/GL
· Experienced in handling, understanding, and translating financial transactional data
· Experienced in defining SAP organizational structures, chart of accounts, and posting examples within the context of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
· Experienced in leading requirements gathering sessions and estimation sessions, reviewing design and estimation documentation with users and developers, preparing process and data models, and conducting test activities.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business functional needs into functional requirements.
· Experienced in defining, prioritizing, and estimating project development tasks and delivering tasks on time and on budget.
· Experienced in developing project work plans in MS Project / Excel and tracking ETCs against the plan.
· Experienced reporting work package / work stream and task-level status to executives.
· Experienced in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.
· Experienced managing large integration and cross-functional user acceptance testing efforts to ensure the delivery of quality SAP functions.
· Expert knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to business functions/processes.
· Experienced designing IDOC and BAPI interfaces for data exchange between SAP and external systems.
· Excellent understanding of the key processes in the business and the business rules that impact the development and/or implementation of information systems.
· 5+ years of SAP functional experience
· Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Consulting with skills in SAP business functions
· Preferred: Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
· Preferred: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing SAP projects
· Preferred: Minimum 5 years of experience in configuring and testing SAP integration (IDOC)
