I have the following position open. Please let me know your thoughts.

3 references required.

Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

• Experience establishing, maintaining and troubleshooting SQL Server Database Management Systems in an enterprise-wide database within a Windows environment.
  
• Experience establishing, maintaining and troubleshooting SQL Server Database Management Systems that utilized High Availability solutions in a Windows environment.
  
• Experience designing and implementing fast, scalable, and maintainable cubes.
  
• Experience performing SQL Server optimization analysis and implementing resolutions.
  
• Experience working with Transact SQL and SQL Server Data.
  
• Experience working with end users providing DB support.
  
• Experience performing optimization analysis and implementing resolutions in SQL Server Analyis Server.
  
• Bachelor's Degree.
  

Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews.  However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview.
