Title: Analyst/Engineer

Location: Monroe, Louisiana

Duration: 6 month + contract

 

Must have:

 

* Strong Use Case experience, Activity Diagrams & Sequence Diagrams.

* Excellent Communication skills - be able to gather requirements, make recommendations and negotiate with the Business Groups.  Write the Use Cases and present/work with IT dev. & Arch. Groups

* Basic technical understanding of systems and architecture

* Good analytical skills.

* Experience translating low-level business requirements to system solutions.

 

* Technical understanding of telecom (business) services and networks.

*Programming background If they do not have programming background, must have good analytical skills l and systems understanding

*Tools experience is nice to have - Caliber, ReqPro, etc.

 

 

 

Role description:

-         Review and provide input to business requirements and high-level functional requirements

-         Translate functional requirements to solution architecture and high-level systems requirements

-         Document solution using Use Cases and workflows.

-         Support HFE in the creation of wireframes  (ensure desired functionality)

-         Work with SA and development for lower level/technical system requirements and design to ensure business needs are being met

-         Facilitate reviews with business and development
