Skill-set –      Informatica Technical Lead with Production Support Experience with following roles and responsibilities:

 

·         Should have 6 to 8 years of Development, maintenance and support experience in Informatica.

·         Should have experience of offshore coordination and should be able show technical leadership to drive the offshore work from onsite for production support team.

·         Should have experience of working on severity wise Incident tickets, change orders etc in Production support team.

·         Should have experience of setting up and following production support processes for client.
