6+ years of Programming experience in Java
Proven skills in following areas: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Java, JSP, JSF, XML, J2EE, MDB (Message-Driven Beans), Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures
Knowledge of SOA (service-oriented architecture) and experience with developing Web services
Knowledge of Linux
MQ Series skills
Ability to design relational databases
Demonstrated history of delivering large systems on time and on budget with minimal post-production issues
Experience working across lines of business and an understanding of customer data stores being used within the lines of business
Thorough and focused work efforts
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision on assigned tasks
Ability to connect analytical work to the client needs and strategic objectives
Excellent facilitation skills
