Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with implementation or administration of Oracle EBS Solutions including one or more of the following modules; Core HR, Time Management, Benefits and Payroll

The ideal candidate will easily adapt to new environments and changing requirements in an exciting and fast paced consulting world

They should be able to demonstrate experience with structured project management and/or the software package implementation process

Candidates must exhibit strong analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills

Sound understanding of corporate manufacturing and technical business solutions

Sound understanding of key IT / Business systems / ERP, HR, Reporting & Analytics, Data Warehousing, CRM, etc.; and previous consulting experience a plus

BA/BS with a concentration in (but not limited to) HR, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience

A proven functional/technical professional with at least a full lifecycle Oracle EBS (11i or above) implementations and three + years of industry and/or consulting experience

At least 3 years of experience implementing Oracle EBS HRMS

Skilled as a team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least one full cycle implementation

Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS tables, configuration, rules, and parameters

Required skills:

*Have thorough working experience in QA/Testing various QA/Testing methodologies, complete SDLC understanding

*Must have skills in building and maintaining test plans, test suites, test cases, defects, test scripts using ROM

*Be detail oriented, have excellent writing &verbal communication and possess client facing skills, have vast knowledge of testing techniques to cover all possible corner cases for testing, verification and validation techniques

*Have hands on experience in very complex and large web based application (portal) testing built on Java, Web-sphere(presentation layer), DB2 LUW (backend database) and middleware (web-services, API calls testing using SOAP Ul)

*Have working knowledge MS office like MS Word for documents, MS Excel for reporting etc.

*Have hands on working experience in writing SQL skills using joins for data validation from various data sources using DB2LUW

*Sound hands on knowledge of healthcare insurance or government domain with testing EDI transactions

Responsibilities:

• Lead a group (5-6) testers to hit target dates

• Can drive (work with) a team of testers

• Coach and Mentor (work beside) the testers to meet target dates

• Monitor the performance of the current testers

• Complete Daily reports and distribute the same day

• Work with PMO to accurately report metrics

• Facilitate delivery of deliverables on time

• Motivated individual, desire to learn and teach others

• A self learner, learn quickly

• Motivate team members

• Positive and pleasant attitude

• Dig in and make things happen
