8-10 Yrs of Java Architect exp
Experienced in architecting and designing high user base  applications
Experience in articulating solutions to sr mgmt and architectural team and guide development teams
Should have done architectural roadmaps
SPRING
Must have worked on latest frameworks like Hibernate etc
Must have SOA exp with SOAP, REST
Must have designed High Availability environment
Must have very good communication skills
Web Logic Deployment
