Job Title	Senior Siebel Developer with Upgrade experience
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	6-8 Yrs
Technical/Functional Skills	Experience in Siebel Configuration / Siebel Upgrade 7.8.x to 8.1.x   Siebel Upgrade experience from 7.8 to 8.1, should have gone through the entire cycle.   Experience in Siebel Order Management– Quote / Order / Product Configurator. Experience with Siebel 7.8 / 8.x application, including configuration in Siebel Tools, workflows, eScripts/ Understanding of technical architecture set up and environment management.   Experience in developing / modifying EAI ( for integrating Siebel with Portal) Objects.   Strong experience in SQLs for building views after understanding Siebel data model and for building interfaces.   Ability to interface with other members of other teams (e.g., conversion and interface) and to handle clients requirements and implementing that in Siebel.
Total Experience Required	Around 8 Yrs
Roles & Responsibilities	Ability to work with the client, application lead, and business architect to understand the requirements and the vision of the application at the onset of configuration / Ability to clearly document and articulate user requirements into design specifications /
Generic Managerial Skills
Education	Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent

Relevant Experience (Yrs)	10 Yrs
Technical/Functional Skills	Extensive experience in Technical Siebel Upgrade 7.8.x to 8.1.x   Siebel Upgrade experience from 7.8 to 8.1 should have gone through the entire cycle at least twice.   Ability to plan and execute and guide the Siebel configuration team for the Upgrade process for a successful completion of the project is a must.   Ability to guide / coordinate with Siebel Admin team / Oracle Database team will also be needed.   Strong troubleshooting skills is expected.   Experience in Siebel Order Management– Quote / Order / Product Configurator. Experience with Siebel 7.8 / 8.x application, including configuration in Siebel Tools, workflows, eScripts/ Understanding of technical architecture set up and environment management.
Total Experience Required	Around 10-12 Yrs
Roles & Responsibilities	Technical Siebel Upgrade Expert / lead – Plan and execute the Siebel Upgrade / Troubleshoot after post upgrade till successful deployment of the new version in Production.   Ability to work with the client, application lead, and business architect to understand the requirements and the vision of the application at the onset of configuration / Ability to clearly document and articulate user requirements into design specifications
Generic Managerial Skills	Ability to coordinate with the other teams / guide the configuration team during the upgrade process.
Education	Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent
Work Location	Baltimore, MD
Bill Rate	Market Rate
