Role	PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• MUST have experience in PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade (PeopleSoft 9.1 Upgrade) • Good Functional knowledge in the following PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 modules: Core HR and ePerformance. • Good experience in FIT/GAP analysis. • Knowledge in PeopleSoft Query and Query Trees. • Good communication skills • Working experience in onsite-offshore model • Experience in Creation and Execution of Test cases and Scripts
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	• Knowledge on Benefits module setups, Time and Labor, and Payroll Interface. • Knowledge on Integration Broker setup with PeopleSoft Finance. • Knowledge in Workflow. • Knowledge in PeopleSoft Security.
Total experience in required skill (years)	10+ years
Pay Rate per hour (payable to vendor)	Market Rate
Work Location	Princeton, NJ
Duration	6 months
Assignment start date	20-Sep-12
