3. Knowledge, Skills an Abilities
• Recent proficiency using RUP tools, to include: Requisite Pro, Clear Quest, Clear Case, Rational Rose, or similar products.
• Proficiency in identifying and understanding problems and communicating the impact of the solution on the organization's business.
• Proficiency and advanced ability in analysis and modeling techniques to adequately understand and document business and technical requirements.
• Experience in application documentation through reverse engineering.
• Proficient experience in system and business requirements gathering / diagramming process flows, story-boarding, mapping, and use-case development.
• Proficient experience in developing requirements traceability in an automated environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, to include: Project, Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, and Power Point.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and documentation practices, and ability to contribute to requirements testability.
• Experience and ability to document requirements definition and facilitate use-case meetings with user and technical groups.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work cohesively with functional and technical teams.
4. Education
Education shall be documented to support the requirements.
The bureau prefers candidates that have documented successful education and experience with information systems development and specifically the InterSystems Cache product.
