Job Description:

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases. Required 10 Years

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details. Required 10 Years

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Required 10 Years

• Use enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies. Required 10 Years

• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Required 10 Years

• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers. Required 10 Years

• Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translathem into a Required 10 Years

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Required 16 Years

• Act as a liaison between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team. Required 16 Years

• Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. Required 10 Years

• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs. Required 10 Years

• Working knowledge of SharePoint. Required 3 Years
