Telemarketing / Sales Representative ( Selling Hardware or Software or N/W, and/or Security or Encryption based products preferred )

Location : San Jose, CA

Full Time

Positions : 3

 

Required :

1.       Only Citizens  required

2.       Must be local to bay area

3.       Looking for someone who has done lot of telemarketing/cold calls to mid to large level clients

4.       There will be a f2f screen

5.       Apart from base + benefits there are incentives for the sales job. There is no travel require in job.

6.       Someone needs to have some experience selling hardware or N/W, and/or Security or Encryption based products please check more on http://www.vormetric.com for what client does.

7.       If anyone has experience selling Encryption based products that will be BINGO.

 

Responsibilities

·         Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with Enterprise and medium sized companies and agencies by phone

·         Generate interest in Vormetric products through at least 60 to 80 outbound phone calls daily

·         Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail

·         Develop relationships at all levels from CSO, Director of IT Security, DBAs to other members of IT teams

·         Qualify and allocate leads for sales team

·         Work with a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota

·         Develop and sustain knowledge of Vormetric products' offerings and associated technologies

·         Data-entry and lead management of company records into our CRM software

·         Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply this knowledge to help generate further new business

·         Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts

·         Opportunity for advancement based on performance

Qualifications (Candidate must possess and be able to demonstrate these qualities)

·         BA/BS degree preferred

·         2+ years inside sales experience selling IT Security / IT Storage solutions preferred

·         Excellent/strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Must have the ability to verbally articulate clearly and effectively over the phone

·         Negotiation & influencing skills and an ability to reach the right person to in an organization

·         Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques

·         High-energy and positive attitude

·         Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high quality of work

·         Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment

·         Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios

·         Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads

·         Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Marketo or other SaaS or CRM systems is a plus
