BA3 to help with gathering bus. rqmts. from mult. division's within ODPS. This position will also be expected to play a significant role in defining the business analysis function at the ODPS. As such, leadership skills will be a primary consideration.

During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource's experience must also be documented for review and verification. .

6. Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements.
7. Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably using the English language.
9. Exceptional conflict management skills.
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the past eight (8) years. Required 8 Years
Experience eliciting and defining system and user requirements through observation, interviews, and analysis. Required 7 Years
Experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment. Required 7 Years
Experience translating customer needs into formal business requirements. Required 7 Years
Experience interviewing non-technical end users to determine and document current business process flows. Required 5 Years
Experience in Business Process Re-engineering. Required 7 Years
Experience using Visio to create business process flows including standard flowcharts and swim lane diagrams. Required 5 Years
Experience creating test conditions, test cases, and test scenarios. Required 5 Years
Experience analyzing end-user needs and conducting fit gap analysis. Required 5 Years
Documented exp as a tech. BA from proj initiation through compl. on a min two software deve. or impl. projs requiring a min of 2,000 FTE hrs to cmpl. Required 5 Years
Documented exp using proj mgmt software (e.g. MS Project or Clarity) to deve. and maint. a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) on a minimum of 2 projs. Required 5 Years
Experience using a business requirements tracking tool for recording and prioritization of business requirements. Required 5 Years
Documented exp. in sys. process and data mapping, rqms. gathering, and analysis as well as proficiency in the creation of detailed documentation. Required 5 Years
Needs to show at least 1 experience with a large organization as ODPS. Required 5 Years
Needs to have used AGILE in one organization in last 3 years. Required 5 Years
Needs to have used the Agile Alignment within BABOK in at least one organization. Required 5 Years
Needs to be able to transfer BA knowledge to staff. Required 6 Years
