Position : SAP Technical Support Analyst Location : HOUSTON,TX Duration : 4 Months contract to hire | | | his is a contract to hire position for a Technical Analyst required for SAP production support. The candidate will be providing technical analytic support for the SAP IT team. This includes providing SAP ECC and BI production support as well as work on active projects. Responsibilities include support of daily monitoring of SAP batch processing cycles and jobs including incoming feeds and outgoing files, assist with investigation and resolution of issues. Support and assist with SAP ECC and BI change migrations. Position Requirements The ideal candidate should have: " At least 3 years SAP experience in FI GL, FI-AP, FI-CO, FI-AR, FS-CD and BI modules Have experience analyzing functional business applications and design specifications. " Have experience preparing required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. " Have supported and enhanced software applications to reduce operating time and improve efficiency " Have experience with support of SAP accounting, escheatment and legacy system data preferred " Have experience with Annuity and Life policy accounting administrative systems, general ledger, payments, reserves, repetitive payment systems and processes, preferred " Budgeting and expense management experience " Action oriented and able to make informed and timely decisions " Excellent process management capabilities to be able to plan projects appropriately, set priorities, and anticipate and solve problems as they arise " Excellent communication and interpersonal skills " Excellent analytic, organizational and writing skills | | Thanks&Regards, kumar, Dvarit services Inc, 408-791-8604 |
