The Senior Data Warehouse ETL Developer is responsible for the design and development of Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) routines for moving data from internal- and external operational systems into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) for reporting and analytical users. The EDW is housed on a Netezza Data Warehouse Appliance.

 

Must have solid skills in devising efficient database queries in Structured Query Language (SQL) and have a firm understanding of relational databases. Position needs trouble-shooting skills across a variety of platforms (e.g., MS Windows, UNIX/Linux & Mainframe).

 

Candidate must work closely with other development teams--like Data Modeling & Database Administration--and business units to design and implement appropriate software solutions to meet business needs and ensure timely delivery.
