Technical/Functional Skills:

• Experience in developing detailed project plans, WBS, Schedule creation, and effort and resource planning to accomplish project goals. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in MS Project Management skills
• Must have knowledge on Business Intelligence Development life cycle, Various phases, Solutions and Implementations
• Must have strong knowledge on Data Warehouse projects
• Understanding of ETL Process, Data Management practices – Data Mapping, Data Models, Relationship between data elements, Business glossary Framework, BI Reports etc.,
• Must have in-depth understanding of BI design, development, including requirements gathering, Understanding business KPIs and Implementation.
• Responsible to interact professionally with a diverse group including Executives, Managers and SMEs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

: Experience in IT Project Management which includes, Scheduling, Coordination, Resourcing, Stakeholder coordination, Budgeting, Process documentation etc., Lead, Manage, guide, mentor, motivate, and lead company personnel toward Proactively communicate status with all stake holders and report cost burn rate, Effort /Schedule slippage to senior management. Ability to thrive under production pressure and deadlines Be a liaison between, development, technology and internal business units Meticulously forecast the project risk and create the mitigation plan. Strong communication (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously

: This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with business units and come up with quick solutions Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
