Job Title: Sr. QA Analyst/Test Management Tool Admin

Location:Minnetonka, MN, US

 

Qualifications:

We prefer Local candidates who can come in for in-person interview and submit candidates at best possible rates.
Experience in defining Test Strategy andApproach documentation
Strong knowledge of industry-defined Testing Services/Methodologies
Testing experience (Planning, Test Case design, execution, defect management)
Experienced in Team Management (test team size > 15)
Project management experience
Strong Client facing and communication skills(both verbal and written)
Experience with implementation of onsite-offshore testing model
Automation strategy
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Mercury, Compuware, Rational, Segue)
Previous experience conducting due diligence exercise for Testing strategy/assessment
Ability to prioritize and multi-task across several concurrent projects
Experience in improving the overall SDLC approach (process re-engineering)
Insurance domain knowledge
HIPAA compliance knowledge
