US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Peoplesoft Technical NA Payroll Consultant position @ St.Louis,MO

Peoplesoft Technical NA Payroll Consultant (2 needed)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Length: 3+ months

Start: ASAP

Interview : phone

 

• Minimum of 14 years with hands on technical PeopleSoft North American Payroll development
• Strong technical experience with companies having 100K plus employees
• Ability to develop in PeopleSoft – tables, pages, components and menus
• Expert with SQR, DMS, PS Queries and Application Engine
• Expert in writing and fine-tuning SQLs
• Expert in Oracle database platform
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Hands on technical support for Parallel testing (data extract, data loading and maintaining Parallel program)
• Good understanding of N/A payroll processing
• Strong analytical skills to help resolve functional issues from Parallel testing
• Strong communication skills
• Can work independently from functional specification or with the functional resources
• Good knowledge of MS Office product (EXCEL)
• Strong knowledge of producing metrics to support Parallel testing
• Strong knowledge of Health & Public Service industry is a plus

Skills Required:

·         Deep PS HCM and payroll application expert.

·         Deep technical and functional payroll expert.

·         Deep understanding of the HCM database.

·         Strong analytical skills.

·         Strong leadership skills.

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Has led parallel testing..
