Primary or Mandatory Skills		Must
	- At least 8 years of combined software implementation experience.
	- 5+ years of experience in leading architecture, design, integration projects and implementation projects
	- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Web Application development, Java/J2EE, HTML, Oracle and Linux
	- Emptoris Contract Life Cycle Management experience especially in Sell Side
	- Ability to implement, configure and customize Emptoris Contracts Solution
	- Ability to work well cross functionally across the teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Desired
- Exposure to SAP ERP and integration of 3rd party SW w ERP systems
- Previous Contract Lifecycle Management Experience
