Description	Technical/Functional Skills : Client Computing Experience with Microsoft products, for customizing: desktop on XP, Win7, IE7, IE8, And Office. Experience with Windows 7 operating system. Experience with software packaging, and deploying system(MSI PACKAGING, HP OVCM knowledge, Install shiled Packaging Tool experience). Understanding and Experience with VMware Virtualization Technologies a plus. Experience with software packaging tools. (VMware ThinApp, Microsoft App-V, Citrix XenApp) a strong plus. Experience with desktop/server imaging process, from capture to deployment. Experience with code/component unit testing. Knowledge of windows scripting language (vbs, perl, ..., the more the better). Excellent technical knowledge in technology methodologies, design, and implementation. Ability to gather requirements for software changes and interact with end-users. Experience Required : 5 + years Roles & Responsibilities : Software Packaging Generic Managerial Skills : Good communication, interpersonal and co-ordination skills.
