Role:               Information Architect/Interaction Designer

Location:        Minneapolis, MN

Job Description:

 

·         Information Architect / Interaction Designer will work with business proponents, technical stakeholders and other members of our team to develop IA documentation (wireframes, work flows, prototypes, etc.)

·         The ideal candidate will have interaction design / information architecture experience for web-based applications and will also have experience translating business requirements into intuitive user-friendly solutions.

·         Candidates need to provide IA documentation samples in order to be considered.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

* 1-2 years of experience working as an Information Architect, Interaction Designer, or User Experience Designer

* Excellent analytical skills

* Experience working with dynamic websites and (or) content management systems

* Experience and familiarity in the capabilities of HTML, DHTML, Flash, multimedia

* Visual Design experience is a plus

* Ability to excel in a collaborative environment and deliver work against tight deadlines

* Fluency and expertise in Axure, Adobe CS, and Microsoft Office software products a must

* Great communication and presentation skills

* Degree in a related field, such as information design, human-computer interaction, library science, cognitive science, or graphic design is preferred
