Position: Java Developer

Location: New Haven, CT

Duration: Long Term

Rate: Quote your best

No. Of Positions: Two (2)

 

In-person at the client location may be required – Locals are highly preferred

 

Skills:

·        Strong Java development expertise in Web based applications in a project driven environment.

·        Experience write and execute unit tests.

·        Experience with common Java design patterns

·        Experience with MVC Frameworks like Spring, Struts, or JSF.

·        Experience with continuous integration tools such as Hudson.

·        Experience with Software Development Lifecycle Methodology (SDLC) and Relational Databases

·        Experience with Web architecture, such as browsers, Apache Web server, and Tomcat application server.

·        Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVN.

·        Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms preferred.

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

·        Experienced in Agile Development Methodology.

·        Bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience with Java-based web development.
