Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills:
Profound knowledge and significant experience with iterative and incremental (I&I) software development process
• Experience delivering solution in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Track record of a successful RUP and/or Agile transformation in geographically-distributed environment
• Strong understanding and experience with RUP and Agile both as a hands-on coach and as a strategist to lead the teams through SDLC transformation.
Desirable Technical /Functional Skills:
• Familiarity with publishing (including Web publishing) industry
• Familiarity with requirements management, test management, and issues tracking tools
