Role: Trainer with eLearning Experience
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Prefer local resources)
Duration: 8 Months
Primary Skills: (Mandatory)
They are looking for someone to do the needs analysis, design and develop materials using uPerform (that’s an elearning dev tool)
Must Have Skills:
· Bachelor's degree required
· A minimum of 5 years experience developing, delivering and managing training programs includes the following areas:
· Training needs assessment for large scale financial system projects
· Training program for large scale financial system projects
· Business transformation implementations (with an emphasis on systems as well as process change elements)
· Training-related communication plans and execution
Desired Skills: Awareness on following deliverables
• Training strategy
• Training logistics plan
• Curriculum Plan
• Training schedule
• Training communications plan
• Train the trainer materials
• End user training materials
Project Details:
Perform a needs assessment for training on the project, a financial participations system
• Develop a training strategy/approach and plan for the user population
• Asses how many additional training development resources will be needed, assist in hiring the developers, and manage the team (1-4 additional resources)
• Assess training logistic requirements
• Develop training materials using RWD uPerfrom
• Identify internal trainers and tool them up to deliver training
• Deliver training to the end users
• Develop and execute training related communications
• Identify system/ process change implications within the project and determine specific actions to address changes
• Collaborate with internal Change Manager to deliver the change program
