US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Sharepoint Analyst needed in MN (Only Locals to MN)

Location: Saint Paul, MN
9 Month Contract
Responsibilities:
Deploy SharePoint Enterprise and Foundation Solutions
Provide support for SharePoint Enterprise and Foundation
Works with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution. Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and user requirements.
Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed
Respond to help desk tickets within established service levels.
Work to research and document help desk tickets which become maintenance and enhancement requests.
Provide a timely response to telephone and email requests from users.
Follow up with development group and product manager to identify and resolve problems with the applications.
Maintain and update end-user documentation for the application.
Work with the Technology Training Group as needed to train end-users for offices world wide, including the creation and update of training materials.
Provide timely communication to users and product manager regarding all aspects of the products.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining user permissions.
Prepare monthly reports / indicators regarding user requests and performance statistics.
