Job Duration : 6 months Job Description: • 100% high level support work and need to be committed to this. • On phone all day addressing Citrix related tickets- Tier 2/3 Support Level • No design work, integration, or deployment. • 50% of servers are virtualized, within 2-3 months, goal is to have them all virtualized Must haves • xen app, xen server, xen desktop, experience printing within citrix environment experience , profile management experience, active directory experience, and must have exposure to large citrix environments. • Must have solid communication skills, no “hot heads”, and must have history of resolving tickets in a reasonable timeframe • Must have 5+ years experience focusing on Citrix Thanks & Regards ……… ?
