Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate software design documents – UML Models

• Configure, customize and develop application code using Java & J2EE technologies

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Engage in active communication with various functional and technical teams in building the

best quality development artifacts by following defined standards and methodologies.

• Ability to work in Agile methodology

• Ability to design and implement advanced J2EE components

• Must follow Implementation Methodology and finalize and deliver application components

based on scheduled deliverable dates

 

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

• Detail oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Self motivated and able to work under minimum supervision

• Experience in gathering user requirements and documentation of formal business requirements

and functional specifications

• Web application development – JSP/Servlets/MVC Framework

• Struts

• EJB's

• Hibernate 3.0

• Hands on experience in EJB

• Working experience in Hibernate 3.0

• Web Development
