Position :- Oracle R12 Project Manager

Location :- Reston, Virginia

Dutarion :- 12 months

 

* At least 8+ years of Oracle Apps experience and 5 Years of PM experience
* Project Management and Leadership experience.
* At least 2 Oracle R12 Projects implementation experience.. - Oracle R12 Order To Cash/SCM/Supply Chain Management. - Oracle R12 Financials (AP, GL, AR, FA, Procurement)
* Experience with Oracle Applications Functional and Technical Tracks
* Must have excellent communication skills
* PMP Certification will be added advantage
* R12 experience and experience with multi-country roll-out projects would be plus
* Experience in hi-tech industry will be a plus
* Must have at least 3 years of Experience in Implementation (Mainly in configuration) in any of the below functional modules: - Oracle Order To Cash/SCM/Supply Chain Management. - Oracle Financials (AP, GL, AR Etc.)
* Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams.
* Detailed knowledge and experience with the utilization of Oracle Unified Method (OUM) methodology or AIM.

Oracle R12 Project Manager Job Description
Provides project leadership throughout all phases of project lifecycle, from initiation and planning phases through production support, including forecasting, setting objectives, and determining courses of action.
* Overall management of team and assigned projects, including coordination, status reports, and stability of the project work effort, manage financials, scope, and critical path for assigned projects. Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet customer needs and requirements.
* Facilitate interviews and discovery sessions to determine current business issues and requirements
* Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems, while working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.
* Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources.
* Ability and willingness to quickly understand the custom applications within the clients Oracle environment and take ownership.
* Coordinate communication with all stakeholders that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the project.
* Possess a high-level knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques within a Project Management Office structure.
* Reviews Progress, manages resources, and ensures overall quality of assigned projects.
* Ability to produce concise and compelling written materials.
