Job Description:

Seeking a strong Program manager to lead Sharepoint engagement.

The individual selected for this role to be startegic leader,
visionary, execute overall program along with sponsors, work with
different stakeholder, business sponsors, systems development team and
oversee full project life cycle.Should have extensive working
experience executing enterprise level Programs .

The qualified candidate must have excellent skills in the areas of
project estimation, budget management, developing project planning
strategies, establishing milestones / schedules, maintaining &
reporting project status, interpersonal skills, and monitoring
activities of all team members.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written, as well as good negotiation skills
and relationship building abilities.

Lastly, all candidates must desire to learn new technologies and tools
as well as new processes.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop/propose project/program solutions
- Provides overall team leadership and Program Management functions
- Provide project subject matter expertise
- Presents weekly project status updates (status, budget, scope,
issues) to the Project Sponsors and Internal management
- Develops and ensures the quality of project deliverables
- Resolve issues/escalate as required
- Drive cross-team initiatives from a "general contractor" perspective
- Supports/identifies project/program management best practices and
process improvements
- Manage resources remotely

Skills and Knowledge
- Extensive experiencein executing large/critcal enterprise level Programs
- Strong project and team leadership skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven influence and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem solving and risk management skills
- Knowledge with Sharepoint 2010
