SAP ABAP Consultant with HR experience
Location: Akron, OH
Duration: 12 month contract

Experience level: 7-8 total years
Required Skills:
*** MUST KNOW HR ABAP (not just SAP ABAP)***
- Seven years of SAP HR ABAP development experience including the creation of reports and interfaces
- Ability to develop and deploy SAP HR custom solutions including design, writing technical specifications, programming, testing and implementation.
- Proficient in technologies including ABAP, Web Dynpro ABAP, SmartForms, BAdIs
- Ability to work with a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst and other members of a project team to design and implement customer-specific functionality
- Experience creating Technical Design Documents (TDDs) based on the Functional Specification Documents created by a Functional Analyst
- Perform code reviews of development from other team members and provide advice on areas for improvement
- Create and execute unit test plans and assist in developing system regression and performance test plans to validate business requirements
- Good communication skills a must
- Ability to work different shifts during critical project phases
Desired Skills:
- Worked on global/international implementations with multiple countries
