Required Skills
• Java (including JDK 5), J2EE, Application Servers (Glassfish, WebLogic)
• Experience with relational databases, DB2 or Oracle.
• Experience with User Interface definition and development with JSF, JSP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of object oriented design and development, including UML
• JPA using EclipseLink, Hibernate, or other persistence implementation
• EJB 3.0 experience using annotations and dependency injection
• Eclipse IDE, JUnit, Eclipse plugins.
• Build/Deploy experience, including CVS and Ant
• Message processing experience, including MQ Series and JMS
• Web Services, preferably JAX-WS, knowledge of WSDL and SOAP
• Ajax and dynamic web page generation techniques and concepts
• Structured testing and defect management, preferably with Mercury products

Preferred Skills
• Maven and Subversion Experience
• Experience programmatically generating Excel and PDFs with POI and FOP
• PL/SQL
• Experience developing Struts Applications with JSP
